📋 Description

• The Regional Business Manager is tasked with achieving the company's sales goals and overseeing a team of territory managers in the field.

• This role involves ensuring that all direct reports are effectively fulfilling their responsibilities, providing a knowledgeable and professional interaction with the healthcare community.

• Collaborates closely with the National Sales Director, as well as the training and marketing teams, to guarantee that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, support, and education for optimal performance.

• Embodies Credo values, leads with integrity, and upholds all Company policies.

• Partners with team members to support their professional development plans, holding them accountable for their commitments to growth.

• Employs performance management processes and tools to aid in activity planning and accountability.

• Adheres to corporate sales directives and guides the team to achieve and surpass objectives and metrics.

• Works in conjunction with internal partners to facilitate the work of direct reports.

• Engages with key customers and accounts to enhance the sales of the overall product portfolio.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or scientific discipline.

• A minimum of 7 years of external sales experience, including a background in selling medical devices.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets in a commission-based role.

• Preferred experience in people management.

• Background in contracting (development and implementation).

• Over 7 years of sales experience, which includes:

• Sales of physician preference medical device products.

• Experience with disruptive technology sales.

• Selling to surgeons in an operating room or invasive lab setting.

• Calling on Neurovascular surgeons.

• At least 3 years of experience in device management.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Formal sales training is required.

• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.

• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member and 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.

• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours within a 52-week rolling period.

• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year (10 days).

• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
