• Propel operator sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Acquire additional venues/outlets within existing accounts through proactive management of the sales pipeline, ensuring engagement across all sales stages.
• Effectively leverage Salesforce and C4C to oversee growth opportunities, customer events, and forecasts.
• Lead collaborative business planning and reviews to enhance partnerships and fulfill contractual service levels.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts that are profitable and aligned with Nestlé Professional’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and installation processes for new venues.
• Advocate for compliance with brand stewardship and oversee quality assurance initiatives within the territory.
• Promote seasonal and innovative programs to stimulate additional growth.
• Maintain robust distributor relationships and offer guidance on sales opportunities and product inventory.
• Deliver precise sales forecasts and sustain comprehensive visibility into the health of the pipeline.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit to discover and pursue incremental growth opportunities.
• Successfully launch new products using established tools and best practices.
• Regularly communicate with internal partners to ensure alignment across all business dimensions.
• A minimum of 6+ years of direct outside sales, B2B, or business development experience.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and customer retention.
• 5+ years of experience negotiating complex contracts and agreements, with a solid financial acumen and P&L awareness.
• In-depth knowledge of the foodservice, hospitality, or beverage sectors, particularly with premium branded products like Starbucks®.
• Proficient in pipeline management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong executive presence, complemented by excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in developing customer-facing business plans and proposals.
• A collaborative mindset with the capability to work cross-functionally across operations, marketing, and finance.
• Familiarity with key industry segments, including: Business & Industry, College & University, Healthcare, Lodging, Military, Travel, Retail, and Grocery.
