
Regional Business Manager – Coffee Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive sales growth for operators by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Acquire additional venues and outlets within current accounts through proactive management of the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are cultivated at all stages.
• Effectively leverage Salesforce and C4C to manage growth opportunities, customer events, and sales forecasting.
• Lead joint business planning sessions and conduct business reviews to enhance partnerships and fulfill contractual service levels.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts that are both profitable and aligned with Nestlé Professional’s strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure the seamless onboarding, training, and installation of new venues.
• Promote adherence to brand stewardship and oversee quality assurance activities within the territory.
• Market seasonal and innovative programs to stimulate incremental growth.
• Maintain robust relationships with distributors and offer guidance on sales opportunities and product stocking.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts while maintaining comprehensive visibility into pipeline health.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and pursue additional growth opportunities.
• Effectively launch new products using established tools and best practices.
• Maintain regular communication with internal partners to ensure alignment across all business areas.
• A minimum of 6+ years of direct outside sales, B2B, or business development experience.
• A proven history of success in new business development and customer retention.
• Over 5 years of experience negotiating complex contracts and agreements, with a strong understanding of financial principles and P&L management.
• In-depth knowledge of the foodservice, hospitality, or beverage industries, particularly with premium branded products such as Starbucks®.
• Proficiency in pipeline management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong executive presence along with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in creating customer-facing business plans and proposals.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams.
• Familiarity with key industry segments including: Business & Industry, College & University, Healthcare, Lodging, Military, Travel, Retail, and Grocery.
