Regional Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and manage a specified territory of alternate site accounts.

• Develop and implement territory business plans while fostering relationships with clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.

• Promote the adoption of BD Specimen Management products through value-based selling focusing on clinical and operational outcomes, national contract execution, and new product introductions.

• Collaborate closely with field-based distributor representatives to implement corporate-level dealer incentive agreements at the local level.

• Work across various functions including sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure strategies are in alignment with overall BD objectives.

• Oversee territory performance in relation to established KPIs, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and provide regular insights regarding market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of pertinent experience in sales.

• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a field-based position.

• Strong knowledge of the alternate site healthcare landscape (physician offices, labs, outpatient settings).

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel in uncertain situations.

• High-potential leader who is ambitious, resourceful, and eager to embrace significant responsibilities as the business evolves.

• Willingness to travel over 80% within your multi-state territory.
