Regional Business Director, Immunology, Rheumatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, develop, and manage District Managers and Rheumatology Sales Specialists.

• Guide the team to optimize sales opportunities.

• Create and implement a tailored business plan aligned with Immunology business and brand strategies.

• Achieve compliant product sales growth and volume targets.

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish effective access and operational networks.

• Inspire, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team.

• Mentor District Managers and Sales Specialists on business competencies and leadership priorities.

• Foster alignment among internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer-focused, company-responsible results.

• Establish overall account goals and objectives.

• Lead the development and oversight of account metrics and business performance.

• Comply with the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience is required.

• At least five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles.

• Previous direct people management and leadership experience.

• Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high-performing, diverse teams.

• Demonstrated commercial capabilities and achievements in prior commercial positions.
