• Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential Financial Advisors through professional, yet persistent, ongoing communication.
• Develop a recruitment strategy tailored to your designated territory.
• Responsible for achieving recruitment objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for Financial Advisors, effectively communicating and promoting our business model and the advantages of partnering with CFG.
• Utilize your judgment in assessing an advisor's suitability for CFG by understanding their client base and other interactions with them.
• Present business opportunities to potential advisors and offer consultative support regarding CFG's services, products, and technology.
• Negotiate and finalize offers with Financial Advisors by evaluating our independent brokerage model against their current compensation framework.
• Track recruiting activities throughout the Business Development pipeline using tools such as Salesforce and Excel.
• Engage in outbound social media and calling campaigns related to Business Development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the recruiting process and develop ongoing solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in financial services recruiting or sales.
• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 65, or 66 licenses.
• Demonstrated negotiation abilities and a history of creating compelling value propositions for potential clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel.
• In-depth understanding of the sales process, pipeline management, and achieving metrics.
