This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• KPI Ownership: Accountable for achieving targets related to revenue, distribution, new business, and product availability.
• Joint Business Plans (JBPs): Formulating collaborative growth strategies with key customers to ensure mutual returns on investment for both A.G. Barr and the client.
• New Business: Discovering and securing new stockists while negotiating commercial terms that safeguard profit margins.
• Supply Chain & Forecasting: Overseeing the complete flow of stock—from the factory to the warehouse, and ultimately to the retail shelf—to ensure products are consistently available.
• Activation: Implementing promotional campaigns and significant seasonal initiatives, ensuring high visibility and 'point of purchase' awareness (e.g., menu placements and displays).
• Budget Oversight: Administering promotional and trade investment budgets to guarantee that all deals remain profitable for the organization.
• Insight-Led Selling: Leveraging category data and consumer insights to influence clients and enhance sales performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Establishing long-lasting partnerships with buyers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Reporting: Managing all administrative tasks, internal communications, and account reviews to ensure alignment among all parties regarding business decisions.
• Extensive experience in FMCG or strategic sales, ideally in Key Account Management.
• Direct experience within the UK/Local On-Trade drinks sector and cocktails is preferred but not mandatory (e.g., spirits, beer, wine, soft drinks).
• Proven history of meeting and surpassing challenging sales targets with a strong emphasis on New Business.
• Excellent IT skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint & Word). Capable of learning new software (Cognos, IRI/Kantar, Demantra).
• Comfortable working with sales data and managing budgets.
• Highly organized.
• Strong communication skills (especially in remote settings).
