This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• This position is predominantly focused on outbound activities, with cold calling being the primary and most prioritized method.
• A substantial portion of your day will involve direct conversations with potential clients over the phone.
• Conduct daily outbound efforts with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
• Schedule meetings by engaging in high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and key decision-makers.
• Experiment with scripts, handle objections, and explore various approaches directly during calls to enhance your learning.
• Utilize LinkedIn and email to supplement and warm up calls, rather than substituting them.
• Monitor and optimize your calling performance within HubSpot.
• Fluent in French (native or near-native) — crucial for serving this market.
• Proficient in English, with a minimum of B2 level.
• An expert in cold calling techniques.
• Basic knowledge of copywriting principles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• A proactive attitude, coupled with curiosity and resilience.
• Enthusiasm for startups and a desire to learn through hands-on experience.
• Adaptable to fast-paced and flexible work environments.
• €48,000 OTE, uncapped (€32,000 base + €16,000 variable).
