This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Process high-quality leads
• Respond to inbound inquiries via email and phone
• Proactively identify new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Evaluate or create opportunities for NB's Products
• Qualify prospects and systematically introduce Sales for further engagement
• Conduct research on market trends and competitors
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits
• Regularly update the CRM system
• Use virtual meetings to cultivate relationships with new customers
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated success in handling both incoming and outgoing calls
• Previous experience in SaaS is essential
• Familiarity with the North American and EMEA market segments
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening abilities and presentation skills
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com is required
