This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.
• Identify and assess potential new clients through various methods, including cold calling, email initiatives, and social media outreach.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both potential and current clients to advocate for our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales department to create and implement strategies aimed at boosting sales and revenue.
• Perform market analysis to discover new opportunities and remain informed about industry trends.
• Work closely with the Growth and Expansion team to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
• Keep precise records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.
• Over 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a comparable role.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and achieving sales objectives.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (additional European languages are a bonus).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a globally distributed team.
• Experience in B2B environments, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market sectors, with a proven success record.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and autonomy.
• Must reside in Eastern Europe and have authorization to work in your country of residence.
• This position will focus on prospecting the EU market and will operate on British Standard Time (BST).
