This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and reach out to prospective B2B clients (e.g., IT managers, CIOs, heads of digital transformation).
• Establish initial contact through digital platforms such as email, LinkedIn, phone, or during industry events.
• Evaluate leads based on their technical specifications and business requirements.
• Conduct structured discovery calls to determine customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign alignment and enhance the lead-nurturing process.
• Record, maintain, and analyze customer and sales information in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Continuously monitor the market and perform competitive analysis within the IT sector.
• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT emphasis, or a similar qualification.
• Some professional experience in IT sales, preferably with OTRS solutions or in the ITSM sector.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, helpdesk solutions, and process automation.
• Proficient use of common sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
• Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
