This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Enhance the brand visibility of Anchor Loans and increase broker origination volume in the designated territory.
• Create and implement a strategic market growth plan aimed at acquiring, activating, and nurturing real estate investment loan broker relationships.
• Foster broker production through acquiring new brokers, re-engaging dormant accounts, and expanding relationships with existing partners.
• Build and sustain relationships with mortgage brokers, broker owners, and referral partners.
• Boost market share by analyzing competitive pricing, market dynamics, and broker feedback.
• Inform brokers on product offerings, underwriting criteria, processes, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Credit, and Closing teams to guarantee a superior broker experience.
• Oversee broker-submitted opportunities and track loan status until successful closing.
• Represent Anchor Loans at conferences, trade shows, networking events, brokerage meetings, and other business development engagements.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage relationships, document sales activities, monitor pipeline performance, and maintain precise records.
• Support brokers with deal structuring and initial loan qualification.
• Comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical lending practices while reporting potential fraud or unethical behavior.
• Must reside in the Eastern Region; preferred hiring states include GA, MA, NJ, and PA, along with major metropolitan areas.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated individual who can operate with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with outbound communication, primarily with cold leads.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new procedures and systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to function as a reliable team member in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Highly self-driven and disciplined.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new software and systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
