Regional Asset Protection Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensures the implementation of Asset Protection initiatives and programs across the region.

• Analyzes and oversees regional shrink performance metrics.

• Identifies, investigates, and addresses incidents of theft and fraud.

• Achieves shrink targets and guarantees the execution of Asset Protection procedures.

• Provides coaching and training to field Asset Protection teams.

• Works in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Capable of drawing accurate conclusions from financial documentation.

• Skilled in negotiation, managing complaints, resolving disputes, and addressing grievances with both internal and external customers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• LPC/LPQ certification is preferred.
