This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Establish and nurture relationships with channel partners (resellers, OEMs, system integrators) to enhance the adoption of AIM’s automation platform.
• Provide training and enable partners to effectively sell AIM solutions that focus on multi-machine control and operator enhancement.
• Track partner performance and assist in business planning to achieve shared sales objectives.
• Discover new partners in strategic sectors such as construction, mining, landfill, and quarry environments.
• Engage with high-potential enterprise accounts aiming to modernize heavy equipment operations through automation, particularly within the mining, landfill, and quarry sectors.
• Comprehend customer workflows and challenges, positioning AIM’s multi-machine control solutions as a competitive edge.
• Oversee the sales process from initial discovery to closing, with assistance from technical teams.
• Sustain robust post-sale relationships to promote growth and long-term success.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop partner- and industry-specific messaging and campaigns.
• Work alongside product teams to relay market feedback and contribute to feature development.
• Keep precise CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics.
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or channel sales, ideally within earthworks technology, industrial ground engagement automation, and heavy machinery.
• Background in selling or supporting technology that revolutionizes field operations or operator workflows.
• Strong knowledge of the construction or mining ecosystem, including OEMs, contractors, equipment dealers, and technology providers.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proactive individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.
• Willingness to travel (30–50%) to partner/customer locations and industry events.
