This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Cultivate and expand partnerships with channel partners to enhance the adoption of AIM’s automation platform.
• Equip and train partners to effectively sell AIM solutions that focus on multi-machine control.
• Track partner performance and assist in business planning to achieve shared sales objectives.
• Discover new partners in key strategic markets.
• Identify and engage with high-potential enterprise accounts aiming to modernize heavy equipment operations.
• Grasp customer workflows and challenges, positioning AIM’s solutions as a competitive advantage.
• Guide the sales process from initial discovery to closing deals.
• Foster strong post-sale relationships to promote expansion and long-term success.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop partner- and industry-specific messaging and campaigns.
• Work alongside product teams to relay market feedback and influence feature development.
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or channel sales.
• Familiarity with selling or supporting technology that revolutionizes field operations or operator workflows.
• Strong comprehension of the construction or mining ecosystem.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.
• Willingness to travel (30–50%) to partner/customer locations and industry events.
