This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Formulating and implementing strategic growth initiatives for key customer accounts to achieve significant increases in BASF product sales.
• Recognizing and seizing growth opportunities by leveraging robust experience in sales, marketing, or business management, combined with strategic thinking abilities.
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships at various levels, engaging with decision-makers to comprehend their innovation requirements and ensure BASF’s offerings are aligned.
• Overseeing and monitoring all cross-functional activities related to your accounts, including sales development initiatives, new business proposals, and development projects.
• Collaboration with teams such as Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Controlling, and Product Development will be essential for ensuring smooth execution and delivering value to customers.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Ideally have 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management, working with a variety of customer relationships.
• Capable of developing and executing strategic account growth plans in line with broader business objectives.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to identify and facilitate growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, influencing, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to forge relationships with key decision-makers across all levels of a customer’s organization.
