This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +1 more state.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector, with a minimum of 3 years in field-based roles involving account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement.
• Experience in specialty, genetics, or rare disease markets is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in launching products, ideally with first-in-class therapies in competitive environments.
• Familiarity with navigating complex patient journeys in rare diseases, including diagnosis, referral pathways, and access hurdles.
• Experience in managing cross-specialty coordination in ambiguous settings for patient identification.
• Preference for candidates who have managed large multi-state regions.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight) and possess a valid driver's license.
