This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating closely with our automotive dealer clients to conduct consultative marketing evaluations.
• Provide a wide range of marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Track and analyze client campaign performance using proprietary technology platforms.
• Collaborate with the Client Services and Production Teams to guarantee that all campaign deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Offer additional in-store training to assist dealers in achieving their sales and service goals.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in a consultative, account management, client retention, or client-facing role is essential.
• Proven experience in Automotive Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media Sales, and/or Automotive Retail is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time (local, regional, national).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Organizational skills and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
