This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +2 more states.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Collaborate closely with automotive dealer clients to conduct consultative marketing evaluations.
• Provide a range of comprehensive marketing solutions.
• Track and analyze client campaign performance using proprietary company technology.
• Partner with the Client Services and Production Teams to ensure all campaign deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure that all projected monthly revenue is accounted for.
• Offer additional in-store training to assist dealers in achieving their sales and service goals.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2+ years of professional experience in a consultative, account management, client retention, or client-facing role is essential.
• Proven experience in Automotive Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media Sales, and/or Automotive Retail is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time (local, regional, national).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding skills in building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
