This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Drive revenue growth and establish enduring relationships with clients while showcasing our extensive range of scientific products and services.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives, manage key account relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that align with customer requirements and meet sales objectives.
• Act as a reliable advisor, assisting customers in achieving their scientific aspirations through a mix of in-person visits and virtual interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in engineering or a science-related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in selling filtration products, industrial water, or water treatment systems is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in sales through a distribution network.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and nurture customer relationships across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a matrix environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
