This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Regional Account Manager at TP-Link, you will play a crucial part in growing our B2B business by collaborating closely with partners, particularly in the domains of cloud networking technology (Omada) and surveillance (Vigi) within your designated region.
• You will be responsible for acquiring new partners and providing support in the sale of TP-Link's B2B products.
• Work together with partners to develop business plans, coordinate marketing activities, and generate leads.
• Convey insights from partners and customers to enhance our products and strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or partner development within the IT, networking, or security sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, SDN) and cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% within Germany; possession of a valid driver's license is necessary.
• Proficiency in both German and English at a C1 level.
