This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with clients in the trade, hardware, automotive, and industrial sectors.
β’ Discover and capitalize on new business opportunities within your designated region.
β’ Manage and enhance existing accounts through methodical planning and consistent engagement.
β’ Conduct persuasive, solution-oriented sales discussions that provide value to clients.
β’ Effectively plan and oversee your territory, including customer visits and route optimization.
β’ Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor activities, insights, and potential opportunities.
β’ Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and broader commercial teams.
β’ Act as a reliable partner and brand ambassador for WD-40 Company within your area.
β’ Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role.
β’ Excellent relationship-building and communication capabilities.
β’ Possess a commercially curious attitude with a proactive approach.
β’ Self-driven and well-organized.
β’ Background in DIY, hardware, automotive, industrial, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
β’ Proficient in both Dutch and English.
