This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish a robust pipeline by continuously identifying new leads.
• Transform leads into prospects by understanding their service delivery models.
• Inform prospects about innovative integrated health and care provision models.
• Leverage all available resources to convert prospects into customers.
• Employ a mix of transactional and consultative strategies to secure new business.
• Actively pursue adjacent market sectors to broaden the regional customer base.
• Negotiate with both potential and existing customers to finalize sales and boost revenues.
• Conduct regional territory reviews and assist with operational assessments alongside customers.
• Provide sales insights to the Regional Commercial team for developing solutions that align with strategic customer initiatives.
• Create a territory plan featuring accurate sales forecasts and clearly defined actions to meet or exceed quotas.
• Formulate, communicate, and execute the regional sales territory strategy.
• Monitor and support projects, track quotations, bids, and tenders to enhance success rates.
• Understand contractual obligations, ensure compliance, and escalate any quality or integrity concerns.
• Offer sales expertise in any regional tender or bid opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends to pinpoint potential growth opportunities in the housing, connected health, and care markets.
• Identify market trends by participating in regional and national meetings, workshops, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance regional brand visibility through the creation of appropriate materials and optimize the use of digital marketing channels.
• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas across diverse revenue streams.
• Familiarity with various sales methodologies and pipeline management.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with customers at different organizational levels.
• Strong business management and financial insight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant sales roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software packages.
