πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead and guide a team of Clinical Account Associates in their responsibilities to acquire, retain, and assist clients as part of the customer success organization.

β€’ Work closely with Customer Success leadership to ensure thorough support, including tracking samples and orders, as well as efficiently escalating and resolving issues.

β€’ Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and utilizing partnerships with sales representatives.

β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and leverage opportunities for Tempus's algorithmic tests and additional services.

β€’ Initiate improvements in workflow efficiencies and assist care teams with effective ordering practices and processes.

β€’ Analyze key retention opportunities in specific areas and coach teams to enhance care team workflows, thereby improving pTaT and the overall customer experience.

β€’ Encourage the adoption of online ordering via Tempus Hub and EMR integrations among clients.

β€’ Perform competitive analysis and gather feedback from accounts and sales representatives to continuously enhance the Tempus experience.

β€’ Establish and maintain robust client relationships through on-site support and consistent, proactive communication.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred.

β€’ More than 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the healthcare or biotechnology sectors, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

β€’ Proven track record in client retention and account development.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of healthcare data, AI applications, and the competitive landscape.

β€’ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

β€’ Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagement and team support.
