This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Develop and enhance relationships within designated accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide technical support and services that improve customer outcomes and deliver value.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase product usage and enhance overall account performance.
• Analyze data, trends, and customer requirements to create actionable recommendations.
• Use systems and tools effectively to manage account activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering overall team success.
• Increase market penetration in assigned regions and/or targeted customers.
• Identify and engage new customers and opportunities within the region, growing the business while promoting TASKI and NSS brands.
• Provide consultative sales and solutions to customers, Diversey sector teams, and distributors in their area.
• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Comfort in operating vehicles with a trailer attached.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Proven time management, communication, decision-making, interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer technology – Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and various Apps/Portals.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to meet company objectives.
• Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Operate floor care equipment for demonstration and training purposes.
