This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Implements the Advanced Polymer Solutions EU Sales Strategy
• Interacts with clients across various industries
• Cultivates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders
• Regularly monitors DSO and ensures prompt resolution of customer claims
• Boosts sales by marketing specific products/applications
• Provides ongoing updates regarding market insights and competitive activities
• Guarantees a consistent and effective application of the business strategy with customers
• Preferred university or college degree in sciences or engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastics industry
• Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Office Word/Excel, SAP R/3, SalesForce)
• Valid driving license
• Proficiency in Polish and English
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Knowledge of products and technical specifications
