This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with designated Applied clients within the region, providing support for intricate solutions encompassing instrumentation, reagents, consumables, and services.
• Oversee the complete account sales lifecycle, which includes territory forecasting, client discovery, analysis, solution design, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in scientific operations, product management, and engineering to resolve complex client issues.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of client requirements to propose customized scientific solutions for applied science challenges.
• Represent LGC within the region, with travel requirements up to 50% to forge strong client relationships and deliver value.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotech, or a related discipline.
• A focus on molecular or cell biology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages such as French is beneficial.
• Proven track record in managing complex sales, including transactions reaching multi-million dollars.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a background in tracking and reporting sales performance metrics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking capabilities, with a talent for managing key relationships among various stakeholders.
• Established proficiency in territory forecasting, prospecting, solution development, inquiry, and closing substantial accounts.
