This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans aimed at achieving sales objectives
• Evaluate market trends and customer insights to uncover growth prospects
• Act as the main point of contact for major clients
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Propel revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements effectively
• Organize internal resources to ensure timely product delivery
• Monitor account performance metrics
• Prepare and deliver business review presentations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex client accounts
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Flexible working arrangements
