• Drive profitable sales growth by engaging with both existing and new foodservice distributors and operators.
• Conduct visits to clients to evaluate their needs, enhance brand visibility, and suggest appropriate products.
• Ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies and promptly address inquiries.
• Negotiate sales agreements and finalize orders.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, marketing, and management teams at distributors and operators.
• Manage pricing, deductions, and promotional initiatives with distributors.
• Identify, approach, and secure deals with key regional accounts.
• Work in conjunction with various internal departments, including Management, Product Management, and Customer Service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related Analytical Field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales within foodservice distribution.
• Strong dedication to the company's values and ethical principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in analytical and negotiation skills, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable with quantitative analysis.
• Capacity to collaborate and influence without formal authority, manage conflicts, and foster commitment to objectives.
• Demonstrated urgency and independence, effectively organizing and directing personal workload to achieve goals.
• Proven background in account management and business development.
• Strong history of success, curiosity, coachability, intelligence, and a solid work ethic.
