This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Allocate 2-3 days each week for on-site client engagements to nurture relationships, enhance understanding of client requirements, and promote significant interaction.
• Propel strategic growth across HopSkipDrive’s product offerings through structured discovery and the Challenger approach. Develop and implement district-level growth strategies, including multi-threaded stakeholder plans, while overseeing retention, expansion, and overall performance of designated accounts.
• Provide outstanding client service, establishing and sustaining robust, multi-threaded relationships with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct multi-department discovery within districts to identify unmet needs and assess opportunities.
• Communicate assertively with client executives, influencing decision-making through data, insights, and outcome-driven recommendations.
• Align Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Trust & Safety, and Support with client priorities, optimizing our offerings to meet their requirements.
• Lead renewals and expansions, including structured negotiations and closing strategies.
• Leverage AI to create tailored meeting agendas, synthesize complex stakeholder needs, and draft impactful follow-up communications.
• Over 5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Consultative Sales within SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or service sectors.
• Demonstrated ownership of retention and expansion revenue.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Advanced skills in CRM and data fluency (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Experience in leading cross-functional account execution.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while being accountable for results.
• High operational rigor and the capability to integrate AI into daily tasks.
• Background in education, government, or regulated markets.
• Familiarity with the Challenger or similar insight-driven sales methodologies.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or marketplace platforms.
