This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at enhancing revenue, market share, and specification activity through adept channel management, account prioritization, and growth initiatives.
• Drive demand and broaden CET's market reach by connecting with specifying engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders via Lunch & Learns, webinars, training sessions, and industry events.
• Cultivate robust relationships with dealers within your territory, collaborating with them to boost sales of CET’s products.
• Support the Customer Success team when complex issues arise that necessitate your product expertise and/or relationship management skills for resolution.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new, high-potential dealers and influential engineers.
• Accurately project the performance of your territory.
• Engage and contribute as a member of the wider CET team.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
• Provide customer and competitor intelligence/insights to relevant individuals/teams.
• Over 5 years of experience collaborating with dealers and specified building products in roles such as application engineer, technical sales representative, or similar.
• Familiarity with Gas Detection, HVAC, Controls, and/or other technical specified building products.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer go-to-market strategies, tactics, and key players (engineers, manufacturer reps, distributors, contractors, etc.).
• Willingness to travel for business, with comfort in traveling up to 50% of the time.
• BONUS: A degree in engineering or formal education in a related technical field.
