This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee, expand, and maintain a revenue portfolio ranging from $20-50M+.
• Formulate and execute a sales strategy for Regional Accounts aimed at meeting revenue and growth objectives.
• Examine market trends, competitive environments, and customer requirements to spot opportunities and potential risks.
• Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, developing actionable plans and initiatives to ensure success.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients and partners, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work collaboratively with clients to comprehend their needs, preferences, and challenges, customizing solutions to effectively address them.
• Create and oversee sales forecasts, promote growth in the sales pipeline, and actively participate in sales campaigns.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships that align with the organization’s goals.
• Propel revenue growth by meeting sales targets and optimizing profitability.
• Adhere to all sales processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with departments such as customer experience, legal, marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork across cross-functional groups to enhance organizational success.
• Serve as the client ambassador and escalation point for your Regional Account clients.
• Travel is required (up to 50%) within the territory to establish relationships and discover new opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in solution-based selling and revenue growth within mid-market accounts, preferably in the financial services sector.
• 5+ years of sales experience, with a background in financial institutions and related sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using SFDC and Dashboards (Power BI, etc.) for pipeline management.
• Strong grasp of financial institution market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to influence outcomes and navigate mid-market accounts to efficiently reach decision-makers and identify budgets, priorities, and critical events within a client.
