This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for driving sales growth and meeting profit targets within the designated territory.
• Oversee a distribution channel, placing a strong focus on channel excellence.
• Guide the organization to ensure operational excellence.
• Generate demand for Avery Dennison products by engaging with converters.
• Offer product advice, samples, technical assistance, pricing, and service information as needed.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders, including channel partner sales representatives, OEM partners, and graphics installers.
• Identify and evaluate customer needs, create value propositions, and communicate them to the organization for effective execution.
• Showcase products and/or services and assist in their optimal application.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics (e.g., existing customers, prospective clients, competitors) within the assigned territory, and formulate a strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Perform territory analysis and planning to ensure proper time allocation to accounts and customers.
• Responsible for securing, negotiating, and maintaining effective distribution agreements.
• Utilize account management expertise to plan and implement customer marketing and growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of successful sales or business development experience.
• Required experience in the graphics, films, or adhesives industry.
• Exceptional negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business acumen skills.
• Strong capacity to collaborate within a team and navigate a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Proven experience in negotiating complex transactions with senior management.
• Proficient in developing sales penetration and growth strategies for targeted accounts.
• Skilled in evaluating customer needs.
• Adept at communicating and influencing effectively with all management levels on complex business matters.
• Familiarity with relevant computer systems, including Google G Suite and Salesforce.com.
