Regional Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Propel performance for designated client programs by cultivating strong relationships with leadership.

• Facilitate program training at corporate, division, regional, district, and site levels.

• Implement train-the-trainer initiatives for client personnel.

• Distribute performance and compliance reports.

• Collaborate with client management to design and execute strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing program objectives.

• Build and strengthen relationships with client management at regional, district, and store levels.

• Relay program outcomes and marketing strategies to both client and Assurant management.

• Compile activity summaries for ROI analysis and monitor associated performance.

• Act as the primary liaison between Assurant and the client for designated areas.

• Support promotions and contests.

• Ensure compliance with travel budget and manage expenses effectively.

• Perform competitive analyses and generate reports, which may include occasional mystery shopping.

• Identify and assist in addressing customer and client service quality process challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, wireless, or other customer-facing sectors.

• In-depth understanding of sales, client service, and account development.

• Demonstrated presentation and relationship-building capabilities.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively engage leaders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance business outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multimedia presentation tools.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 75% of the time.
