Regional Account Manager – Asia Pacific

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supervise the regional coordination of all communications within the region, encompassing both BCD Travel and the client’s global initiatives.

• Oversee new business implementations, collaborating closely with the implementation team to ensure client expectations are fulfilled.

• Assist in measuring and reporting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at a regional level while developing intentional business plans.

• Enhance the profitability of the contract on a regional scale by boosting revenues through up-selling and cross-selling to align with the client’s strategic needs.

• Identify and support the selection of technological tools and processes to achieve desired outcomes.

• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers among customers in the region.

• Conduct client business reviews and provide regular financial reports to all stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a travel management company or related business travel account management is preferred.

• Experience in implementing and managing large market or regional clients.

• Comprehensive knowledge of business travel account management and operations.

• Proficient in travel industry technology and processes.

• Proven ability to effectively build, maintain, and expand customer portfolios and client relationships.

• Familiarity with creating business plans and managing business/client strategies.

• Prior experience in leading cross-functional work teams.

• Strong presentation skills in both development and delivery.

• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
