This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects within the designated territory.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
• Present and advocate for company products and services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and support teams to provide customized client solutions.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity within the territory using CRM tools.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Deliver regular reports on account status, opportunities, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to assist the team and meet organizational goals.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive landscape.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals and familiarity with clinical workflows is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Proficient in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
