• Collaborate with senior executives to formulate strategic marketing and sales plans; establish objectives and methods to achieve them.
• Secure new business by crafting and negotiating contracts while integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Coordinate with other department heads and staff to facilitate account setup and ensure effective service delivery.
• Prepare proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Conduct sales presentations and engage in meetings with clients, external vendors, or advisors.
• Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up actions within assigned territory using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.
• Identify sales targets and leads, build a sales funnel with anticipated outcomes for closing leads, and secure targeted business opportunities.
• Develop and implement individual account sales plans to attract new customer prospects daily.
• Achieve minimum monthly revenue goals set by Senior Management.
• Obtain necessary approvals on Pricing/Margin targets across various disciplines.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team and participate in essential periodic meetings with Key Account decision-makers and personnel.
• Create new account implementation strategies across multiple disciplines as required.
• Oversee the setup of an organization’s service offering (Service Package) and ensure that customer onboarding and implementation transition smoothly.
• Stay updated on industry partners, payors, adjuster teams, case management groups, and provider networks (Primary Care, Specialist, PT), etc.
• Dedicated to the Urgent Care specialty, emphasizing service to our communities with prompt, convenient, and high-quality care, complemented by ongoing clinical and patient experience training.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales and business development experience, preferably in an Occupational or Employee health-related field.
• General knowledge of care delivery, billing, case management, and state regulation standards within the Occupational Healthcare Industry.
• Capability to perform complex negotiations, including interactions with senior executives and multiple decision-makers in large, diverse organizations.
• Proficient in articulating ideas effectively and succinctly.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of individuals.
• Proficient in creating, composing, and editing written materials.
• Skilled in organizing tasks and establishing priorities.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Basic skills in financial analysis and reviewing visit trends.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Must possess a valid Ohio Driver’s license at the time of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
• Willingness to work additional hours regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Significant travel within the region is required.
