• Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate strategic marketing and sales plans; establish objectives and methodologies to achieve them.
• Secure new business through the development and negotiation of contracts, ensuring alignment with business operations.
• Partner with department heads and team members to facilitate account setup and service delivery implementation.
• Create proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), deliver impactful sales presentations, and engage in meetings with clients and external vendors or advisors.
• Keep precise records of all sales and prospecting endeavors, including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up actions within the designated territory using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Identify sales targets and leads, cultivate a sales pipeline with anticipated outcomes for closing leads, and secure targeted business opportunities.
• Formulate and implement individual account sales strategies to attract new customer prospects on a daily basis.
• Achieve minimum monthly revenue targets set by Senior Management.
• Obtain necessary approvals for Pricing/Margin objectives across various disciplines.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team and participate in essential periodic meetings with Key Account decision-makers and personnel.
• Design new account implementation strategies across multiple disciplines as required.
• Oversee the “set-up” of an organization’s service offerings (Service Package) and ensure a seamless customer onboarding and implementation process.
• Stay informed about industry partners, payors, adjuster teams, case management groups, provider networks (Primary Care, Specialist, PT), etc.
• Exhibit a commitment to the Urgent Care specialty, focusing on delivering quick, convenient, and high-quality care, coupled with ongoing clinical and patient experience training.
• Over 3 years of proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within the Occupational or Employee health sector.
• General understanding of care delivery, billing, case management, and regulatory standards in the Occupational Healthcare Industry.
• Proficiency in conducting complex negotiations, including interactions with senior executives and multiple decision-makers in large diverse organizations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse range of individuals.
• Competence in creating, composing, and editing written materials.
• Skills in organizing tasks and setting priorities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Basic skills in financial analysis and visit trend evaluation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel on a personal computer.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Driver’s license at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• Willingness to work additional hours regularly, including nights and weekends.
