Regional Account Director – Team Yankee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• RADs are tasked with the initial rollout of Team Velocity's products, services, and overarching strategies with new clients, as well as managing and retaining existing clients.

• RADs deliver digital marketing strategies, optimize website and lead performance, provide analytics and reporting, and conduct additional in-store training to assist dealers in achieving sales and service goals.

• RADs excel at creating comprehensive, performance-driven digital marketing strategies.

• RADs diligently monitor and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns using proprietary company technology platforms and collaborate closely with the Client Services and Production Teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of all campaign deliverables and that all anticipated revenue is accounted for each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in automotive digital marketing, particularly in consultative, account management, client retention, and/or client-facing roles

• Direct experience in Automotive Digital Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media, and/or Automotive Retail

• Proven expertise in developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies

• Experienced in formulating automotive digital strategies that include website optimization, paid media, and lead conversion

• Willingness to travel (local, regional, national)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding relationship-building abilities

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent follow-up and follow-through capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel), Salesforce, CRM systems, and Google Suite.
