• RADs are tasked with the initial rollout of Team Velocity products, services, and overall strategy with new clients, as well as overseeing the management and retention of existing clients.
• RADs offer digital marketing strategies, website and lead performance optimization, analytics and reporting, along with additional in-store training to support dealers in achieving their sales and service goals.
• RADs excel in creating comprehensive, performance-driven digital marketing strategies.
• RADs diligently track and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns using proprietary company technology platforms and collaborate closely with the Client Services and Production Teams to ensure that all campaign deliverables are executed accurately and on time, while also ensuring that all projected revenue is accounted for each month.
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in automotive digital marketing, particularly in a consultative, account management, client retention, and/or client-facing capacity
• Direct experience in Automotive Digital Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media, and/or Automotive Retail
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies
• Experience in crafting automotive digital strategies that encompass website optimization, paid media, and lead conversion
• Willingness to travel (local, regional, national)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel), Salesforce, CRM systems, and Google Suite
