This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• RADs exhibit proficiency in crafting and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies while delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating closely with our automotive dealer clients to conduct consultative marketing evaluations and provide comprehensive marketing solutions.
• RADs aim to establish a partnership with the dealership by assisting in the effective deployment of a smart marketing strategy that enables dealers to sell, service, and retain more customers at a lower cost while broadening their revenue opportunities.
• RADs are accountable for the initial rollout of Team Velocity products, services, and overall strategies with new clients, in addition to managing and retaining existing client relationships.
• RADs deliver digital marketing strategies, optimize website and lead performance, provide analytics and reporting, and offer in-store training to assist dealers in reaching their sales and service goals.
• RADs meticulously monitor and report on the effectiveness of client campaigns using proprietary company technology platforms, collaborating closely with the Client Services and Production Teams to ensure that all campaign deliverables are executed accurately and on time, with all projected revenue accounted for each month.
• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in automotive digital marketing, particularly in consultative, account management, client retention, and/or client-facing roles
• Direct experience within Automotive Digital Marketing, Automotive Ad Agency, Automotive Media, and/or Automotive Retail
• Proven expertise in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies
• Experienced in formulating automotive digital strategies encompassing website optimization, paid media, and lead conversion
• Willingness to travel (local, regional, national)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel), Salesforce, CRM systems, and Google Suite
