Refrigeration Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Address service requests related to reach-in and walk-in refrigeration units.

• Execute commercial HVAC services as part of the responsibilities.

• Operate independently while demonstrating sound judgment.

• Attain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using web-based applications (tablets).

• Capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems, primarily walk-in and reach-in units.

• Experienced in HVAC service and maintenance.

• Familiarity with work order systems and effective note-taking.

• Experience with rack refrigeration is advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years of combined relevant experience.

• Possess a clean driving record.

• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

• Plumbing experience or other trade qualifications are a plus.
