Referral Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver referral specialist services for the outpatient healthcare operations of Sentara Independence.

• Assist with referral-related tasks for patients and the local community.

• Operate remotely while providing support for Sentara Health services.

• Contribute to the mission of enhancing health on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (mandatory).

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (mandatory).

• Familiarity with Medical Terminology (preferred).

• Experience with Epic software (preferred).
