Referral Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a country-specific network of referring physicians across multiple therapeutic areas.

• Identify and recruit suitable physicians.

• Offer training and support to physicians throughout the referral process.

• Organize and conduct routine visits to referring physicians, either in person or via video conferencing.

• Foster collaboration between referring physicians and study investigators.

• Record essential discussions and objectives in comprehensive reports.

• Provide continuous support to referring physicians and their teams.

• Ensure that agreed-upon tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.

• Work in conjunction with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal departments to execute the referral process across various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree in Life Sciences or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Experience in the clinical research field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).

• Proven experience in communication with physicians and/or investigators is essential.

• Background in Oncology and/or Gastroenterology is an advantage.

• Willingness and capability to travel, including frequent travel as necessary.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must not need a work visa for current or future employment in the United States.
