This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Personal Development Consultant, you will design modern learning and development offerings for employees and leaders.

• You will professionally support managers in the development of their team members and translate development needs from various areas into suitable measures.

• You will advise defined business and central areas on development, leadership, and team topics.

• You will analyze development needs, prioritize them in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and derive appropriate measures.

• You will contribute to our personal development strategy and further develop our portfolio in a needs-oriented and effective manner.

• You will plan, organize, and evaluate training offerings in cooperation with internal and external partners.

• You will conduct smaller training sessions, workshops, or learning impulses yourself when needed.

• You will be involved in digital solutions, reports, and workflows for the further development of our personal development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in personal development.

• Experience in advising and supporting managers, employees, or departments.

• Initial experience in the design or delivery of training, workshops, or learning formats — or a desire to further develop in this area.

• Analytical strength and the ability to derive concrete recommendations from needs, data, and feedback.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as a high level of service orientation.

• Proficient use of digital tools and AI applications.
