Reddit Growth Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough research to pinpoint high-value subreddits for each product, focusing on audience alignment, community health, and posting standards.

• Design and implement a content and engagement strategy that resonates with Reddit's culture and meets community expectations.

• Cultivate karma and build credibility within pertinent communities through regular, value-oriented participation.

• Utilize sound judgment to determine optimal times for posting, engaging in comments, and observing community interactions.

• Assess and report on performance metrics without using approaches that indicate promotional intent.

• Proactively monitor subreddit regulations and moderator behavior to maintain a positive standing across communities.

• Tailor voice, tone, and methodology according to each subreddit, recognizing that what succeeds in one community may not be welcomed in another.

• Proven experience in driving product or brand growth through Reddit, supported by tangible results and examples.

• Strong understanding of Reddit culture, community dynamics, and the elements that distinguish content that thrives from that which gets flagged.

• Capability to create posts and comments that appear as authentic contributions rather than marketing materials.

• Clear insight into building a sustainable Reddit presence while avoiding tactics that pose long-term risks.

• Awareness of how community rules, moderator culture, and platform behavior can differ significantly across subreddits.

• Experience within fitness, productivity, or self-improvement communities on Reddit (Nice-to-Have).

• Familiarity with Reddit Ads as a supplementary aspect of an organic strategy (Nice-to-Have).

• Experience managing Reddit growth for multiple products or brands concurrently (Nice-to-Have).

• Understanding of how a Reddit presence contributes to overall SEO and organic visibility (Nice-to-Have).
