Recrutador LATAM – JET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (alignment, advertising, sourcing, interviews, offers, and closures)

• Handle strategic positions (including C-Level) as well as high-volume operational roles

• Manage three or more vacancies concurrently, ensuring quality and speed in deliverables

• Operate under aggressive SLAs (up to 8 days), while maintaining a high standard of selection

• Conduct market mapping and active sourcing in the LATAM region

• Continuously align with stakeholders and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (mandatory)

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Background in managing high volumes of vacancies and strategic positions

• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous processes

• Experience with short SLAs and challenging targets

• Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
