This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address recruitment demands from the consultancy, primarily for positions in the Federal District.

• Adhere to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of up to 7 (seven) business days for selection processes.

• Draft job descriptions.

• Conduct resume analysis.

• Lead competency-based interviews.

• Administer and evaluate behavioral questionnaires.

• Prepare comprehensive assessments of candidates.

• Create alignment reports detailing job profiles, candidate screening, and evaluations.

• Compile a final shortlist along with technical assessments and recommendations.

• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process for operational, technical, and managerial roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and selection for operational, technical, and managerial positions.

• Availability to meet consultancy demands while adhering to an SLA of up to 7 (seven) business days.

• Qualification to administer psychological tests.

• Certification as a behavioral analyst (DISC).

• Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process.

• Personal computer, peripherals, internet, desk, and chair.

• Mobile phone with dual SIM capabilities, one dedicated for candidates.

• Degree in psychology is a plus.
