Recruitment Supervisor – Midwest 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage your expertise to assist designated collegiate chapters with their recruitment requirements.

• Guide chapters in aligning their representation with campus Panhellenic standards.

• Work in conjunction with the recruitment team for continuous planning and bidding procedures.

• Offer insights on recruitment documentation and attend necessary meetings.

• Connect with regional team members and conduct chapter recruitment visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in advising collegiate chapters and their members.

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to facilitate recruitment assistance.

• Familiarity with campus Panhellenic operations and NPC guidelines.

• Capability to analyze and validate recruitment data.

• Dedication to engaging in chapter recruitment activities and assessing plans and outcomes.
