This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Participate in the complete life-cycle recruitment process across multiple industries and diverse skill sets, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new team members.
• Assess client requirements and review candidate profiles for competency and cultural alignment.
• Ensure timely and precise entry of candidate data, engagement activities, and updates regarding candidates in relation to job openings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Manager to establish effective and efficient hiring processes and strategies.
• Prepare and maintain weekly reports based on the management's information needs.
• Conduct onboarding orientation for new hires and facilitate meetings with clients during the onboarding and screening processes.
• Engage in passive recruitment for roles requiring specialized qualifications.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a growing talent pool and identify skills and potential opportunities within qualified profiles.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of recruitment experience across various industries and positions.
• Proven experience in recruiting for technical, corporate, and customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and web-based assessment tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, intelligence, and a solid work ethic.
• Flexibility and agility to quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
